  1. Right for contract withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating the reason within 14 days.

 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or your designated third party, except for the courier, takes the goods.

When applying the right of withdrawal, the buyer (customer) informs us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (for example, by a written letter, fax, or e-mail) if the buyer chooses to send a written letter he shall send it to: Filip Matoška - Megin co. , Podhlinie 4531/36, 017 01 Považská Bystrica, the Slovak republic or by e-mail to: info@mymegin.com

The withdrawal period is maintained if you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

  1. Consequences of withdrawal from a contract

 

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments you have made in connection with the conclusion of the contract, in particular the purchase price, including the cost of delivering the goods to you. This does not apply to extra costs if you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest common delivery methods we offer. Payments will be refunded to you without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from this agreement. The same method as you used for your payment will be used for your refund, if you explicitly have not chosen a different payment method, and that without any additional fees.

 

Payment for purchased goods will be paid to you only upon successful delivery of the goods back to our address or upon proof in the form of a document proving the return of the goods, whichever arrives first.

 

Send us the goods, you wish to withdraw or bring them in person to the following address: Filip Matoška - Megin co. , Podhlinie 4531/36, 017 01 Považská Bystrica, the Slovak Republic no later than 14 days after the date of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is considered to be preserved if you send the goods back before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

 

The direct costs of returning goods are borne by the buyer. An estimate of these costs is about 15 Euros.

 

You will only be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling it differently, than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
